Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Combined with Low Frequency Therapeutic Instrument in the Treatment of Delayed Awaking After General Anesthesia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined with low frequency therapeutic instrument for patients with delayed awaking after general anesthesia.Methods 1000 patients with general anesthesia surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 500 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined with low frequency therapeutic instrument,and the control group was treated with low frequency therapeutic instrument only.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The extubation time,breathing recovery time and consciousness recovery time of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).At T0,T1,T2 and T3,HR of the combined group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),while MAP showed no significant difference(P>0.05).At 24 h after surgery,no significant difference was found in the incidence of respiratory depression between the two groups(P>0.05),while the incidence of nausea and vomiting,irritability,drowsiness and delayed awaking of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture combined with low frequency therapeutic instrument in the treatment of patients with delayed awaking after general anesthesia has better effect and lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
