应用SPOC、SP教学法培养医学生沟通能力的效果

目的 通过探讨在临床实践阶段医学生医患沟通能力培养中应用小规模私密性在线课程(SPOC)结合标准化病人(SP)的教学方法 ,旨在研究临床实践阶段医学生医患沟通能力的最优培训方法 .方法 将2018年进入医院临床实践的113名医学生作为研究对象电脑随机分为2组,采用类实验研究方法 ,对照组采用传统的专题讲座法而观察组采用SPOC结合SP教学方法;2组医学生接诊新患者时,均由接受过统一培训的评价教师采用国际量表《医患沟通技能评价表》进行医患沟通技能评价.结果 观察组在医患沟通技能评价得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚.结论 SPOC结合SP教学方法 可以显著提高临床实践阶段医学生的医患沟通能力.

The Effect of SPOC and SP Teaching Method on the Communication Ability of Medical Students

Objective To study the optimal training method of medical students'communication ability in clinical practice stage by using smallscale private online course(SPOC)combined with standardized patient(SP)teaching method.Methods 113 medical students who entered the clinical practice of our hospital in 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group adopted the traditional special lecture method and the observation group adopted the SPOC combined with SP teaching method.When the two groups of medical students received new patients,the evaluation teachers who had received the unified training adopted the international scale“evaluation form of communication skills between doctors and patients”for medical treatment Patient communication skill evaluation.Results the evaluation score of communication skills of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SPOC combined with SP teaching method can significantly improve the communication ability of medical students in clinical practice.
