经TURBT后吉西他滨与吡柔比星治疗老年膀胱癌的效果

目的分析老年浅表性膀胱癌患者在临床治疗中选择TURBT后吉西他滨与吡柔比星膀胱热灌注化疗的疗效。方法随机选择2017年1月-2018年12月78例老年浅表性膀胱癌患者进行对比研究,对照组(39例)为进行TURBT后吡柔比星膀胱热灌注化疗患者,观察组(39例)为进行TURBT后吉西他滨膀胱热灌注化疗患者。结果观察组进行TURBT后吉西他滨膀胱热灌注化疗计算总有效率92.31%,对照组进行吡柔比星膀胱热灌注化疗计算总有效率74.36%,组间数据经统计软件对比,P<0.05;观察组进行TURBT后吉西他滨膀胱热灌注化疗后,出现血尿、尿痛以及膀胱炎的患者比例和进行吡柔比星膀胱热灌注化疗对照组相比,P<0.05。结论老年浅表性膀胱癌患者在临床治疗中选择TURBT后吉西他滨方法可获取显著的效果,安全性良好。

Efficacy of Gemcitabine and Pirarubicin in the Treatment of Elderly Bladder Cancer After TURBT

Objective To analyze the efficacy of gemcitabine and pirarubicin bladder hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in elderly patients with superficial bladder cancer after TURBT.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with superficial bladder cancer from January to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.The control group(n=39)was treated with pirarubicin bladder hyperthermia after TURBT.Example)Patients with gemcitabine bladder hyperthermia chemotherapy after TURBT.Results The total effective rate of gemcitabine bladder hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy was 92.31%after TURBT in the observation group.The total effective rate of pirarubicin bladder hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy was 74.36%.The data between the groups were compared by statistical software,P<0.05.After the TURBT,the proportion of patients with hematuria,dysuria,and cystitis after TURBT was compared with that of the pirarubicin bladder hyperthermia chemotherapy group,P<0.05.Conclusion The gemcitabine method can achieve significant effect and safety in patients with superficial bladder cancer in elderly patients who choose TURBT in clinical treatment.
