Observation on the Efficacy of Intravenous Thrombolysis Bridged with Artery Stenting Combined with Thrombus Aspiration in the Treatment of Acute Occlusion of Intracranial Great Vessels

Objective To explore the effect of intravenous thrombolysis bridged with artery stenting combined with thrombus aspiration in the treatment of patients with acute occlusion of intracranial great vessels.Methods 60 patients with acute occlusion of intracranial great vessels were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group was treated with thrombectomy by stent,while the observation group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis bridged with artery stenting combined with thrombus aspiration.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The vascular recanalization rate after thrombectomy in the observation group was93.33%,significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of venous and arterial recanalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the number of thrombectomy was significantly less than that in the control group,and the NIHSS score at 72 h after surgery was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intravenous thrombolysis bridged with artery stenting combined with thrombus aspiration in the treatment of patients with acute occlusion of intracranial great vessels can recanalize blood vessels as soon as possible,reduce the number of thrombectomy,and improve patients’nerve function.
