PBL联合微视频教学法在肿瘤放疗科带教中的应用实践

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法联合微视频教学法在肿瘤放疗科带教中的效果。方法选择2018年7月-2019年6月在肿瘤放疗科学习的实习医师70人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35人。观察组采用PBL联合微视频教学法进行带教,对照组采用传统教学法进行带教,比较两组带教效果。结果观察组各项考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度(62.9%)高于对照组教学满意度(34.3%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项教学效果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤放疗科带教中采用PBL联合微视频教学法优于传统教学法,前者可以显著提高实习医师的教学成绩,并能提高实习医师对临床带教的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PBL teaching method combined with micro-video teaching method in tumor radiotherapy department. Methods 70 interns who studied in oncology radiotherapy department from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 interns in each group. The observation group was taught with PBL combined with micro-video teaching method, while the control group was taught with traditional teaching method. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results All the examination results in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of observation group(62.9%) was higher than that of control group(34.3%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The teaching effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with micro-video teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method in oncology radiotherapy department teaching. The former can significantly improve the teaching results of trainee doctors, and can improve the satisfaction of trainee doctors to clinical teaching.
