微创经皮与开放手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效

摘    要:目的探究胸腰椎骨折患者采用微创经皮与开放椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗的临床疗效差异。方法从2017年9月-2018年9月期间选取160例符合胸腰椎骨折诊断标准的患者,以手术方式的差异随机分组,分别是(对照组、实验组)两组病例数一致均为80例。常规组行开放椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,实验组行微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组围术期相关指标较常规组更优,同时术后VAS评分对比,研究组均比常规组低,P<0.05。结论胸腰椎骨折患者采用微创经皮与开放椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗相对比临床疗效更为显著,创伤小,疼痛少,更有利于患者恢复。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous and open pedicle screw fixation in patients with thoracolumbar fractures. Methods From September 2017 to September 2018, 160 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into groups(control group, experimental group). 80 cases. The routine group was treated with open pedicle screw fixation. The experimental group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Perioperative indicators in the study group were superior to those in the conventional group, and the postoperative VAS scores were lower in the study group than in the conventional group, P<0.05. Conclusion Patients with thoracolumbar fractures with minimally invasive percutaneous and open pedicle screw fixation are more effective than clinical treatment, with less trauma and less pain, which is more conducive to recovery.
