奥硝唑和氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果分析

目的探讨慢性盆腔炎患者行奥硝唑联合氧氟沙星治疗的临床效果。方法将本院于2017年4月—2018年4月期间接收的慢性盆腔炎患者52例纳入本次研究中,以随机数字表法的形式将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组各为26例。对照组行奥硝唑治疗,观察组在此基础上加行氧氟沙星治疗,对比两组治疗后的指标。结果(1)治疗后观察组炎性因子指标和生活质量优于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对照组各项指标缓解用时长于观察组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组总有效率92.3%高于对照组69.2%(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑联合氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎治疗后,临床指标显著改善,总有效率提升。

Effect of Ornidazole and Ofloxacin on Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ornidazole combined with ofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 52 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation received in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were included in this study.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the observation group was treated with ofloxacin on this basis.The indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results(1)After treatment,the inflammatory factors and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The remission time of each index in the control group was longer than that in the observation group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(3)The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.3% higher than that in the control group(69.2%)(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of ornidazole combined with ofloxacin for chronic pelvic inflammation,the clinical indicators are significantly improved and the total effective rate is improved.
