脑震荡护理中应用心理支持疗法的效果分析

目的观察分析脑震荡护理中应用心理支持法的护理效果。方法选取医院(2018年1月—2019年2月)收治的72例脑震荡患者,按照不同护理干预方法分为对照组(36例,应用常规护理方法)和实验组(36例,应用常规护理联合心理支持护理方法)。采用统计学分析两组脑震荡患者的护理总满意度评分以及护理前后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分。结果两组脑震荡患者护理前焦虑评分和抑郁评分比较未有显著差异(P>0.05),实验组脑震荡患者护理后焦虑评分和抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组脑震荡患者的护理总满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑震荡患者实施常规护理联合心理支持法具有显著护理效果。

Effect Analysis of Psychological Support Method in Concussion Nursing

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of psychological support in the nursing of concussion.Methods 72 cases of concussion patients admitted to our hospital(from January 2018 to February 2019)were selected and divided into control group(36 cases with conventional nursing)and experimental group(36 cases with conventional nursing combined with psychological support nursing)according to different nursing intervention methods.The total nursing satisfaction score,anxiety score and depression score before and after nursing were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety score and depression score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the anxiety score and depression score after nursing in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing combined with psychological support has significant nursing effect on patients with concussion.
