老年科医生人文素养培养现状及策略

医学兼备自然科学属性和人文属性。医学的人文属性要求以人为中心,提倡以人为本、技术为辅。践行医学人文关怀,是作为一名医生的职业理念和精神,体现了医疗工作者的情怀和担当。培养医生人文素养的意义不仅在于减少医患纠纷的发生,更是对医学人文属性的发扬和践行。尤其是在老年科,由于多数老年人疾病的特殊性,更加渴望人文关怀,这促使老年科医生更应充分发挥医生的积极性、创造性和同情心。面对老年患者的人文诉求,老年科医生需要足够的人文素养去为患者提供更好的医疗服务。文章从加强医生的人文知识教育、强化医患之间的沟通技能、加强科室文化建设、设立突出人文素养的人才管理体系以及突出强化临终关怀等几方面对老年科医生的人文素养培养进行了探讨。

Current Situation and Strategy of Humanistic Literacy Training of Geriatricians

Medical science has both natural and humanistic attributes. The humanistic attributes of medical science advocates the viewpoint of people-centered and technology-assisted. Practicing medical humanistic care is the professional concept and spirit of a doctor, and embodies the feelings and responsibilities of medical workers. The cultivation of doctors’ humanistic literacy is not only to aim at reducing the occurrence of patient-doctor disputes, but also to develop and practice of medical humanistic attribute. Especially in the department of geriatrics, because of the particularity of most diseases in the elderly, elderly patients are more eager for humanistic care, which urges geriatricians to give full play to their enthusiasm, creativity and compassion. Faced with the humanistic demands of elderly patients, geriatricians need enough humanistic literacy to provide better medical services for patients. We discusses the cultivation of humanistic literacy of geriatricians from the following aspects in this article: strengthening the education of humanistic knowledge of doctors, strengthening the communication skills between doctors and patients, strengthening the cultural construction of departments, setting up a talent management system with outstanding humanistic literacy, and emphasizing the strengthening of hospice care.
