Application of Roy Adaptation Mode Nursing in Female Patients with Bipolar Affective Disorder at Stable Phase Treated by Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

Objective To explore the application effect of Roy adaptation mode nursing in female patients with bipolar affective dis order at stable phase treated by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Methods 95 female patients with bipolar affective disorder at stable phase treated by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation were randomly divided into two groups.47 cases in the control group received routine nursing,and 48 cases in the observation group received Roy adaptation mode nursing on the basis of the control group.The BMRS score and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the BMRS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the scores of environment,life,psychology,spiritual belief,independence and social relationship were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Roy adaptation mode nursing can reduce the manic symptom and improve the quality of life of female patients with bipolar affective disorder at stable phase treated by repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.
