综合护理管理对预防胃镜室感染的影响

目的探讨综合护理管理对预防胃镜室感染的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月于医院接受胃镜检查的524例伴有消化系统疾病患者作为研究对象。并按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组患者采取常规的护理管理,试验组患者实施综合护理管理。比较2组患者胃镜室感染的发生率以及护理满意度情况。结果试验组患者的胃镜室感染发生率要低于对照组,试验组患者的护理满意度要明显高于对照组,2组间胃镜室感染发生率和护理满意度的比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对医院胃镜室实施综合护理管理可以明显减少胃镜室内感染的发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Management on Prevention of Gastroscopy Infection

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing management on prevention of gastroscopy infection. Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 524 patients with digestive system diseases underwent gastroscopy in our hospital were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing management and the patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive nursing management. The incidence of gastroscopy infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of gastroscope infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference in the incidence of gastroscope infection and nursing satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing management in gastroscope room of hospital can obviously reduce the incidence of gastroscope infection and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
