肿瘤外科“双导师制”教学模式的构建与实践

摘    要:肿瘤外科是肿瘤学领域中发展最快的学科之一,肿瘤外科学专业学位以专业实践和能力培养为导向,通过采取"双导师制"的教学模式可以更好地培养肿瘤外科专业型硕士研究生的综合实践创新能力。传统肿瘤外科授课模式,实践教学不足,学生外科实践能力提升缓慢,不利于培养肿瘤外科专业人才。构建创新且更人性化的"双导师制"教学模式,不仅能有效提高教学效率和教学质量,促进研究生教育机制的完善,而且将极大地推动专业型硕士研究生培养理念的转变,推动教学模式创新,加快专业型研究生教育新模式的探索和建立,该模式应用前景值得期待。

Abstract:Oncology surgery is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the field of oncology. The degree of oncology surgery is oriented to professional practice and ability development. By adopting the "double tutor system" teaching mode, we can better cultivate the department of oncology surgery. The comprehensive practice and innovation ability of graduate students. Traditional tutor surgery teaching mode, lack of practical teaching, and slow improvement of students’ surgical practice ability is not conducive to cultivating tumor surgery professionals. Constructing an innovative and more humanized "double tutor system" teaching model can not only effectively improve teaching efficiency and teaching quality, but also promote the improvement of postgraduate education mechanism, and will greatly promote the transformation of professional postgraduate training concepts and promote teaching model innovation. To accelerate the exploration and establishment of a new model of professional graduate education, the application prospect of this model is worth looking forward to.
