老年痴呆症患者应用延续性护理的临床效果

目的探究与分析延续性护理对老年痴呆症患者智能精神状态、日常生活能力的影响效果。方法选取了2014年5月—2017年4月期间在医院收治的108例老年痴呆症患者作为主要研究对象,按照数字随机法将纳入患者均分成两组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施延续性护理。对比两组患者护理后的智能精神状态量表评分以及日常生活能力量表评分。结果实施护理干预前,两组患者的MMSE评分以及ADL评分均无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施护理干预后,两组患者的MMSE评分以及ADL评分较护理前均出现了明显上升,其中观察组患者MMSE以及ADL评分的上升程度均显著优于对照组,上述指标比较均具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在老年痴呆症患者的护理中实施延续性护理的方法,能够有效改善患者的智能精神状态以及日常生活能力,值得在临床中推广使用。

Clinical Effect of Continuous Care in Patients With Alzheimer's Disease

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of continuous nursing on mental state and daily living ability of senile dementia patients.Methods 108 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to April 2017 were selected as the main research subjects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the digital random method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of Intelligent Mental State Scale and Activity of Daily Life Scale after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in MMSE score and ADL score between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the MMSE score and ADL score of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before nursing,and the increase of MMSE and ADL score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the above indexes were clearly compared.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing in the nursing of Alzheimer's disease patients can effectively improve the mental state and daily living ability of patients,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
