| 摘 要： | 目的探究维持性血液透析患者的临床路径护理分析。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月医院收治的维持性血液透析患者68例,将其随机分成研究组和对照组各34例。对照组患者使用常规护理方法,研究组对患者采用临床护理路径模式进行干预护理。结果研究组患者血液动力学参数的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的护理满意度优于对照组的护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论通过临床护理路径在维持性血液透析患者护理中的应用,能够全面提高护理质量以及护理满意度情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical pathway nursing analysis of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group used routine nursing methods,and the study group used the clinical nursing pathway model for intervention nursing.Results The improvement of hemodynamic parameters in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of clinical nursing pathways in the maintenance of maintenance hemodialysis patients,it is possible to comprehensively improve the quality of care and satisfaction of nursing. |
