孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果

目的探讨孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法将2018年1月-2019年1月在本院儿科治疗的128例小儿哮喘患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用常规雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗,在此基础上观察组使用孟鲁司特治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状评分变化、肺功能指标变化、炎性因子水平变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.050);观察组治疗后日间哮喘症状评分、夜间哮喘症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PEF、FEV1、MMEF、FEV1/FVC明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IgE水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果显著,能有效抑制各项炎性因子水平,改善哮喘症状,提高肺功能,具有积极的临床意义。

Clinical Effect of Montelukast in Treating Infantile Asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast in the treatment of asthma in children. Methods 28 children with asthma treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nebulized inhaled corticosteroids. On this basis, the observation group was treated with montelukast. The clinical effect, symptom score, lung function index and inflammatory factors of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.88%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 78.13%(P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of daytime asthma symptoms and nocturnal asthma symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The PEF, FEV1, MMEF, FEV1/FVC of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0 05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IgE in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0 05). Conclusion Montelukast has a significant clinical effect on children asthma. It can effectively inhibit the levels of inflammatory factors, improve asthma symptoms and improve lung function. It has positive clinical significance.
