骨科围术期患者疼痛教育满意度研究

目的探究骨科围术期患者疼痛教育满意度。方法纳入2017年1月—2018年12月收入骨科围术期患者共计80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合疼痛教育,比较两组疼痛评分和满意度。结果护理前两组疼痛评分差异无意义(P>0.05),护理后24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛评分低于对照组,两组差异有意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度97.5%,低于对照组80.0%,两组差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科围术期患者开展疼痛教育,能提高患者对疼痛知晓程度,进一步改善患者疼痛程度,能提高后续治疗依从性及患者对护理人员整体满意度,利于后续病情康复。

Survey on the Perioperative Nursing Satisfaction With Pain Knowledge Education

Objective To study the perioperative nursing satisfaction with pain knowledge education.Methods A total of 80 patients treated from January 2017 to December 2018 in our Orthopedics Department were selected.Patients were randomly assigned to two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was served with routine nursing;on the basis of the former,the observation group was served with pain knowledge education.The pain score and clinical satisfaction was probed.Results Before intervention,pain scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after 24 h,48 h and 72 h of intervention,pain scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that of control group(80.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain knowledge education can increase patient’s pain perception level,relieve the pain,improve the subsequent treatment compliance and overall satisfaction,and promote the fast recovery.
