无创呼吸机治疗心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭

目的探讨老年病心脑血管科的呼吸衰竭伴心力衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法择取本科室于2017年1月-2019年1月期间收治的80例呼吸衰竭伴心力衰竭患者,根据患者的入院先后顺序将其划分为基础组和联合组,每组各40例,基础组患者接受基础治疗,联合组患者接受基础治疗联合无创呼吸机治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效及临床指标。结果联合组患者的治疗有效率95.0%、心率(66.7±8.5)次/min、呼吸频率(18.4±1.7)次/min、血氧饱和度(98.9±4.5)%、动脉血氧分压(8.5±2.5)kPA、二氧化碳分压(5.1±0.6)kPA均优于基础组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义,P <0.05。结论针对老年病心脑血管科的呼吸衰竭伴心力衰竭患者给予无创呼吸机治疗,相较于单一基础治疗,能够明显提升临床疗效,有效改善患者的临床指标,具有重要的临床意义。

Non-invasive Ventilator for Treatment of Heart Failure With Respiratory Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive ventilator in patients with respiratory failure and heart failure in elderly patients with cardio-cerebral vascular disease. Methods Eighty patients with respiratory failure and heart failure who were admitted to our department from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the basic group and the combined group according to the order of admission, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the basic group received basic treatment, and the patients in the combined group received basic treatment combined with non-invasive ventilator. The clinical efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The combined treatment rate was 95.0%, heart rate(66.7±8.5) times/min, respiratory rate(18.4±1.7) times/min, blood oxygen saturation(98.9±4.5)%, arterial oxygen partial pressure(8.5±2.5) kPA, carbon dioxide partial pressure(5.1±0.6) kPA was superior to the basic group, and there was statistical difference between the groups, P < 0.05. Conclusion Compared with single basic treatment, it can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and improve the clinical indicators of the elderly patients with respiratory failure and heart failure.
