PBL教学法在介入放射实习教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨在介入放射实习教学中应用PBL教学法的途径和效果。方法选取2016级62名同学进行实习教学实验,按照随机原则划分为两组,传统教学法组采取传统授课方式(31例),PBL教学法组采用PBL教学法(31例),对实习知识的掌握程度、实际操作能力、学生对教学过程的满意程度进行比较分析。结果PBL教学法组随堂测试和实际操作总成绩为(89.8±8.4)分,传统教学法组随堂测试和实际操作总成绩(77.3±8.1)分,PBL教学法组总成绩、随堂测试和实际操作成绩均高于传统教学法组(P<0.05);在学生满意度调查方面,PBL教学法组学生满意度在71.0%~80.6%之间,传统教学法学生组满意度38.7%~45.2%之间,PBL教学法组学生满意度高于传统教学法组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法其以学生为中心、以问题为导向的方式,可以有效提高介入放射实习学生参与程度、实际操作技能和解决问题的能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the way and effect of applying PBL teaching method in interventional radiology practice teaching.Methods 62 students of grade 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional teaching method group adopted the traditional teaching method(31 students),The PBL teaching method group adopted PBL teaching method(31 students),The mastery degree of practice knowledge,practical operation ability and students'satisfaction with teaching process were compared and analyzed.Results The total scores of the PBL teaching method group in the in-class test and practical operation were(89.8±8.4)point,while those of the traditional teaching method group were(77.3±8.1)point.The total scores,in class test and actual operation results of the PBL group were higher than those of the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).In terms of student satisfaction survey,the satisfaction of students in the PBL teaching method group ranged from 71.0%to 80.6%,and that of students in the traditional teaching method group ranged from 38.7%to 45.2%.The satisfaction of students in the PBL teaching method group was higher than that of the traditional teaching method group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method,which is student-centered and problemoriented,can effectively improve the participation degree,practical operation skills and problem-solving ability of students involved in radiation practice.
