Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of visualize health education combined with nursing intervention in patients with COPD.Methods 93 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods.46 cases in the control group received nursing intervention,and 47 cases in the observation group received visualize health education on the basis of the control group.The pulmonary ventilation function and self-care ability before and after intervention were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical significance was found in the FEV1 level,FEV1%level and self-care ability score between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the FEV1 level,FEV1%level and self-care ability score in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Visualize health education combined with nursing intervention can effectively improve the pulmonary ventilation function and self-care ability of patients with COPD.
