人文关怀结合仿真模型在神经外科教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探索人文关怀结合仿真模型在神经外科临床实践教学中的应用效果.方法 以新疆医科大学2014级来医院神经外科进行临床见习的68名临床专业的学生为教学对象,将68名学生随机分为两组:人文关怀结合仿真模型组34名,传统教学组34名,分别采用人文关怀结合仿真模型和传统教学法进行腰椎穿刺术的临床技能培训,通过总考核成绩及问卷形式统计分析本科生对腰椎穿刺技术的掌握情况,医学人文素养及学生满意度.结果 对学生调查和测试的结果 显示,人文关怀结合仿真模型在神经外科实践教学中学生的技术掌握度,医学人文素养及学生满意度均优于传统教学法,P<0.05.结论 使用人文关怀结合仿真模型明显提高学生临床技术掌握度和教学满意度;同时,培养医学生良好的人文素质、与患者建立良好地沟通交流能力.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of humanistic care combined with simulation model used in the clinical practice teaching of neurosurgery.Methods 68 clinical students from Grade 2014 of Xinjiang Medical University who came to our hospital for clinical probation in neurosurgery were selected as teaching objects.68 students were randomly divided into two groups:34 students in the humanistic care combined simulation model group and 34 students in the traditional teaching group.humanistic care combined simulation model and traditional teaching method were used to train clinical practice skills of lumbar puncture.Through the overall assessment results and questionnaire form,the training statistics and analysis of Undergraduates mastery of lumbar puncture technology,medical humanities literacy and students'satisfaction.Results The results of survey and test on students show that humanistic care combined with simulation model is better than traditional teaching method in the field of neurosurgery teaching,such as students'technical mastery,medical humanistic accomplishment and student satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Using humanistic care combined with simulation model can obviously improve students clinical technology mastery and teaching satisfaction.at the same time,cultivate medical students good humanistic quality and establish good communication ability with patients.
