抗幽门螺旋杆菌治疗对直径小于0.5 cm胃息肉的疗效观察

目的探讨抗幽门螺旋杆菌对直径小于0.5 cm胃息肉的治疗疗效观察。方法选取直径小于0.5 cm胃息肉患者160例,检测其幽门螺旋杆菌。抽取幽门螺旋杆菌感染阳性患者120例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组患者接受抗幽门螺旋杆菌四联治疗,对照组仅接受一般治疗。受试者治疗结束后6~12个月均接受定期胃镜检查和幽门螺旋杆菌的测定。结果治疗组有49例(85.96%),用药后6~12个月随访中Hp得到根除,在Hp根除者中29例(59.18%)胃息肉消失,另外20例胃息肉也有不同程度的消退。而对照组中胃息肉未发生变化(P<0.05)。结论根除幽门螺杆菌对胃息肉具有良好的治疗作用。

Effect of Anti-helicobacter Pylori in the Treatment of Gastric Polyps Less Than 0.5 cm in Diameter

Objective To observe the effect of anti-Helicobacter pylori in the treatment of gastric polyps less than 0.5 cm in diameter. Methods Choose 160 case of patients with gastric polyps less than 0.5 cm in diameter, test Hp. Extract 120 cases Hp infection and divide them into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) randomly. Patients received tetralogy of anti-Hp, while those in the control group received only general treatment. Subjects were given regular testing of gastroscopy and Hp for 6~12 months after the end of treatment. Results Hp was eradicated in 49 patients(85.96%) during 6-12 months of follow-up in the treatment group. Gastric polyps disappeared in 29 patients(59.18%) with Hp eradication and regressed in varying degrees in 20 cases. The gastric polyps didn’t chang(P<0.05). Conclusions Eradication of Hp on gastric polyps have a good therapeutic effect.
