改良术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果

目的探索经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊改良术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁的效果。方法 100例女性压力性尿失禁患者为试验对象,采用随机分组式,观察组和对照组各50例,分别进行经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊改良术、常规式无张力尿道悬吊术治疗,此项试验在2015年1月1日-2017年12月31日期间进行。结果观察组手术后1个月总有效率(98.00%)、治疗后12个月的总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组,住院期间并发症发生率(4.00%)、术后1个月并发症发生率(0.00%)、12个月并发症发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对女性压力性尿失禁患者实施经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊改良术操作简单快捷,创伤小、并发症少,是治疗女性压力性尿失禁的有效方法。

Effect of Modified Surgery on Female Stress Urinary Incontinence

Objective To explore the effect of modified amenorrhea in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods One hundred female patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 50 cases, respectively. The patients underwent closed-cell tension-free urethral suspension improvement and conventional tension-free urethral suspension. Treatment, this trial will be conducted from January 1 st 2015 to December 31 st 2017. Results The total effective rate(98.00%) at 1 month after surgery and the total effective rate(90.00%) at 12 months after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the incidence of complications during hospitalization(4.00%), and 1 postoperative time. The monthly complication rate(0.00%) and the 12-month complication rate(2.00%) were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of female stress urinary incontinence in patients with stressinduced urinary incontinence is simple and rapid, with less trauma and less complications.
