混合式教学模式在助产教学中的应用

摘    要:目的深入探讨混合式教学模式在助产教学中的运用及其效果。方法选取130名来自2017级中国医科大学护理专业的学生作为研究对象,分为试验组和对照组,每组各65人。试验组在整个教学过程中都通过"蓝墨云"班课软件完成,即采用混合式教学模式。对照组则采用传统教学方式。将课程结束后两组学生的总成绩和对教学满意度调查的比较作为评估指标。结果试验组成绩考察结果均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的课堂效率、课堂互动情况、授课内容实用性和课程节奏的满意度高于对照组的学生,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组对授课内容深度和教师授课技巧的满意度均高于对照组的满意度,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论混合式教学模式应用于助产教学中,能有效提高学生成绩,并使学生真正参与到课堂中,这对于提升教学质量有着重大意义。

Abstract:Objective In-depth study of the use of mixed teaching mode in midwifery teaching and its effects.Methods 130 undergraduates of 2017 in China Medical University nursing major were selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group,with 65 persons in each group.The experimental group wascompleted through the Moso Teach classware software throughout the teaching process,the mixed teaching mode was adopted.The control group was used traditional teaching methods.After the end of the course,the total scores of the two groups of students and the comparison of the teaching satisfaction survey were used as evaluation indicators.Results The results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher satisfaction with classroom efficiency,classroom interaction,teaching content practicability and curriculum pace than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had deep teaching content and teacher teaching skills.Satisfaction was higher than the satisfaction of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The mixed teaching mode is applied in midwifery teaching,which can effectively improve students’performance and enable students to participate in the classroom.This is of great significance for improving the quality of teaching.
