中药配合针灸治疗脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良60例

目的文章将主要探讨在脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良患者中采取中医辨证治疗的临床效果。方法纳入本院2017年5月-2018年12月的120例脾胃气虚型功能性消化不良者作为本次观察对象,随机分为常规组与试验组,各60例,试验组给予温针灸联合内服中药治疗,常规组口服吗丁啉片。结果治疗前,两组中医症候积分、生存质量评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,治疗后,试验组PDDQL生活质量评分要高于对照组,中医症候积分要低于对照组,P<0.05;对照组与试验组的总有效率分别为85.0%和98.3%,P<0.05。结论在治疗脾胃气虚型FD中,两组治疗方式都能够达到一定治疗效果,但相对而言,中医辨证组要优于西药治疗组,在上腹痛、嗳气、餐后饱胀的改善上尤为明显。

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation on 60 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type.Methods from May 2017 to December 2018,120 patients with functional dyspepsia of spleen stomach qi deficiency type were randomly divided into the routine group and the experimental group,60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine,and the routine group was treated with domperidone tablet.Results before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score and quality of life score(P>0.05).After treatment,pddql quality of life score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and TCM symptom score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate score in the control group and the experimental group was 85.0%and 98.3%,P<0.05.Conclusion in the treatment of FD with deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,the two groups can achieve a certain therapeutic effect,but relatively speaking,the TCM syndrome differentiation group is better than the western medicine treatment group,especially in the improvement of upper abdominal pain,belching and fullness after meal.
