医疗信息化及医院信息系统的发展状况研究

近年来国务院发布的一系列政策强调了将前沿的信息技术,诸如大数据、云计算、物联网等与健康产业进行深度融合,不断提高医疗服务质量,逐步提高我国医疗行业信息化的整体水平。医院信息系统已经开始逐步从单一的数据管理、效率提升转向为辅助决策、临床应用的方向深度发展。然而国内在医疗信息化领域的综述文章较为缺乏,不利于医疗机构在实践中明确信息系统的建设状况。本文阐述了医疗信息化的相关概念,回顾了医疗信息化的国内外研究情况,并提出了医院信息系统的参考分类,最后从建立分级体系和规范供应商资质两个方向给出了医疗信息化的发展建议。

Review Research on Development of Medical Informatics and Hospital Information Systems

In recent years, a series of policies issued by the State Council have emphasized deep integration of cutting-edge information technologies, such as big data, cloud computing, and Internet of Things, with health industries, continuously improving the quality of medical services, and gradually improving the overall level of informatics in China’s medical industry. The functions of hospital information system has gradually shifted from a single data management and efficiency improvement to the direction of assisted decision-making and clinical application. However, there is a lack of domestic review articles in the field of medical informatics, which is not conducive to the establishment of information systems in practice. This paper introduced concepts related to medical informatics and hospital information systems, and further reviewed both relevant literature in medical informatics. This work proposed classification of hospital information system for reference. Finally, in the end of this study, suggestions of medical informatics are given from the two aspects of establishing classification system and standardizing supplier qualification.
