摘    要:目的探讨消化内科护理带教中以问题为基础教学法的运用。方法选择本院2018年6月-2019年6月收治的肿瘤科实习的100名护理学生作为本次研究入组对象,根据随机数字表随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50名学生。对照组采用传统护理教学方法,研究组采用以问题为基础教学法,分析对比两组护理学生的教学效果。结果研究组护理学生理论考试、技能考试、综合成绩高于对照组护理学生成绩(P<0.05)。研究组护理学生自主学习情况由于对照组护理学生(P<0.05)。结论消化内科护理教学中应用以问题为基础教学法效果好,有利于提高护理思维能力,激发学生学习兴趣并针对性地教学,从而提高护理教学质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of problem-based teaching methods in the teaching of digestive medicine. Methods One hundred nursing students enrolled in the oncology practice from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were enrolled as subjects in this study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, with 50 students in each group. The control group used the traditional nursing teaching method, and the research group used the problem-based teaching method to analyze and compare the teaching effects of the two groups of nursing students. Results The theoretical examination, skill test and comprehensive scores of the nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The study group’s self-learning status of nursing students was due to the nursing students in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of problem-based teaching method in digestive medicine nursing teaching is effective, which is conducive to improving nursing thinking ability, stimulating students’ interest in learning and targeted teaching, thus improving the quality of nursing teaching.
