| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of computerzied cognitive remediation therapy(CCRT)on the cognitive function of patients with bipolar disorder during rehabilitation period.Methods 100 patients with bipolar disorder during rehabilitation period admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(48 cases,routine drug treatment)and observation group(52 cases,CCRT+routine drug treatment)according to different treatment methods.The cognitive function before treatment and after 2 months of treatment was compared between the two gorups.Results After 2 months of treatment,the scores of visual regeneration and digital breadth of the two groups increased,and the time of connection test A and connection test B decreased(P<0.05);The scores of visual regeneration and digital breadth in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the time of connection test A and connection test B was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions CCRT in the application of patients with bipolar disorder during rehabilitation period has better effect,and is beneficial to improve the cognitive function,which is worthy of promotion and application. |
