综合护理干预对产后抑郁和子宫恢复的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对产后抑郁患者抑郁程度、子宫复旧及社会支持度的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月入住本院的56例产后抑郁患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采取综合护理干预,对照组采取一般护理,比较两组患者入院2周后的抑郁与焦虑状态、患者的子宫复旧情况以及患者的社会支持度与护理满意度。结果两组患者干预前焦虑自评标准分SAS、抑郁自评标准分SDS差异无统计学意义,经过两周的护理后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分较护理前明显下降,且观察组评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后2周、3周子宫三径之和较对照组均明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),3周内子宫复旧至正常的比率两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度和社会支持度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后抑郁患者护理中采用综合护理干预能够有效改善患者焦虑和抑郁,加快患者产后子宫恢复,提高社会支持度和护理满意度。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postpartum Depression and Functional Recovery of Maternal

Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression,uterine involution and social support in postpartum depression patients.Methods A total of 56 postpartum depression patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group took general nursing.Depression and anxiety status,uterine recovery,social support and care satisfaction of the patients were compared among two groups.Results There was no difference between the two groups of pre-intervention anxiety self-assessment criteria SAS and depression self-evaluation criteria SDS.However,after two weeks of nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a significant decrease in the uterus diameter at 2 weeks and 3 weeks after giving birth to the child(P<0.05),the ratio of uterine recovery to normal in 3 weeks had no significantly differences compared with the control group(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction and social support of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with postpartum depression can effectively relief the symptoms of anxiety and depression,accelerate postpartum uterus recovery,and improve social support and nursing satisfaction.
