Impact of Rosuvastatin Adjuvant Therapy on Cardiac Function and Hemorheological Parameters of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the impact of rosuvastatin adjuvant therapy on cardiac function and hemorheological parameters of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional comprehensive treatment,and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months continuously.The cardiac function and hemorheological parameters before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment,no statistical significance was found in the levels of LVESD,LVEDD,CO and LVEF between two groups(P>0.05);After 2 months of treatment,the levels of LVESD and LVEDD in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CO and LVEF were higher than those before treatment;The above parameters in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no significant difference was found in FIB,PV and WBV levels between two groups(P>0.05);After 2 months of treatment,the levels of FIB,PV and WBV in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above parameters in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rosuvastatin adjuvant therapy can significantly improve abnormal cardiac function and hemorheological parameters of patients with coronary heart disease.
