医护一体化护理干预在妇科腹腔镜围术期应用

目的研究探讨医护一体化护理干预在妇科腹腔镜围术期的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月在本院进行治疗的妇科腹腔镜手术患者80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予医护一体化护理干预。对两组患者的手术进行情况、并发症发生率、护理满意度等进行统计对比。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组患者,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理在妇科腹腔镜术后护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者预后、提高患者的生活质量。

Application of Integrated Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Period of Gynecological Laparoscopy

Objective To study the effect of integrated nursing intervention in perioperative period of gynecological laparoscopy.Methods 80 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given integrated nursing intervention.The operation,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,time of getting out of bed and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of nursing satisfication in the observation group was higher than that of the patients in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of integrated nursing care in gynecological laparoscopic surgery nursing is remarkable,which can improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
