肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎超声与病理相关性分析

目的探讨肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎超声图像特征与临床病理病程的相关性。方法选取2016年1月-2019年4月30例肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据超声图像特征进行分类,探讨超声图像与临床病理病程的关系,并与其他乳腺炎对比。结果结节型5例,散在分布腺体内卵圆形结节,弱回声包绕中等的回声,血流Ⅲ级。弥散混合回声型14例:血流丰富,大片状低回声或者混合回声区域,形态不规则,边缘不清楚,低弱混合区呈蟹足样改变、液性无回声区、后方回声增强,血流Ⅲ级。片状回声区11例:片状低回声或混合回声区域,形态不规则,边界不清楚、液性无回声区、后方回声增强。结论不同类型超声图像表现与临床病理病程密切相关。

Ultrasound and Pathological Correlation Analysis of Granulomatous Lobular Mastitis

Objective To investigate the correlation between the features of ultrasound images of granulomatous lobular mastitis and the pathological course of clinic. Methods 30 patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis from January 2016 to April 2019 were selected as subjects. The characteristics of ultrasound images were compared according to the characteristics of ultrasound images, and the relationship between ultrasound images and clinical pathology was compared with other mastitis. Results There were 5 cases of nodular type, scattered oval nodules in the gland, weak echoes surrounded by moderate echo, and blood flow Ⅲ. 14 cases of diffuse mixed echo type: rich blood flow, large-shaped low echo or mixed echo area, irregular shape, unclear edge, low-wet mixed area with crab foot-like change, liquid no-echo area, rear echo enhancement, blood Flow level Ⅲ. 11 cases of flaky echo zone: lamellae hypoechoic or mixed echo region, irregular shape, unclear boundary, liquid anechoic zone, and enhanced posterior echo. Conclusion The performance of different types of ultrasound images is closely related to the pathological course of clinic.
