2型糖尿病患者中延续护理干预的应用分析

目的予2型糖尿病患者开展延续性护理,分析护理干预对其影响。方法研究时限为2017年3月—2018年6月,研究对象为此期间医院收治的2型糖尿病患者93例,随机分为常规组(46例)、延续组(47例),分别开展常规护理、延续性护理,将两组患者护理后护理依从性、血糖水平及生活质量进行分组比较分析。结果护理后延续组患者血糖水平与常规组相比,差异具鲜明性(P<0.05);延续组患者依从性评分、生活质量评分与常规组相比,差异具鲜明性(P<0.05)。结论予2型糖尿病患者开展延续性护理,可提升其护理依从性,改善血糖水平,并对生活质量产生积极影响。

Application Analysis of Continuous Nursing Intervention in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To provide continuous nursing care for patients with type 2 diabetes and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on it.Methods Research time limit for March 2017 to June 2018,the research object to our hospital during the period of 93 patients with type 2 diabetes,were randomly divided into routine group(46 cases)and group(47 cases),respectively,to carry out the routine nursing care,continuity of care,the two groups of patients after nursing care group compliance,blood glucose level and quality of life by the comparative analysis.Results Compared with the routine group,the blood glucose level of patients in the continuance group after nursing had a significant difference(P<0.05).Compliance score and quality of life score of patients in the continuation group were significantly different from those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing care for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve their nursing compliance,improve blood glucose level,and have a positive impact on the quality of life.
