一对一带教双轨教学在妇产科学实习中的应用

摘    要:目的 评估一对一带教+以问题为基础学习PBL双轨教学模式应用于妇产科学实习中的效果.方法 选取医院2017年3月—2018年3月56名妇产科学实习生,经掷骰子方法 予以分组,分为观察组和对照组,每组各28名.观察组接受一对一带教+以问题为基础学习双轨教学模式,对照组接受一对一带教+传统教学模式,予以比较两组的实习情况.结果 观察组和对照组实习生妇产科学实习成绩、妇产科临床学习反馈调查情况相比较,差异性显著,P<0.05.结论 妇产科学实习中,采用一对一带教+以问题为基础学习双轨教学模式,可提高妇产科学实习生的实习成绩,明确妇产科临床学习反馈情况,同时利于带教教师及时明确带教中的不足,提高自身带教水平.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of one-on-one teaching+PBL dual-track teaching mode based on problem-based teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,56 internship students from obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into observation group and control group,28 in each group.The observation group accepted one-on-one teaching+problem-based learning dual-track teaching mode,and the control group received one-on-one teaching+traditional teaching mode to compare the internships of the two groups.Results The observational and obstetrics and gynaecology clinical learning feedback surveys of the interns in the observation group and the control group were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion In the internship of obstetrics and gynecology,the one-on-one teaching+problem-based learning dual-track teaching mode can improve the internship performance of obstetrics and gynecology interns,and clarify the clinical learning feedback of obstetrics and gynecology,and at the same time facilitate the teaching teachers.It will promote the deficiencies in teaching and improve the level of teaching.
