阿奇霉素、热毒宁联合治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果

目的评价小儿支原体肺炎采用阿奇霉素与热毒宁注射液联合治疗效果。方法取自2018年1月-2019年5月本院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿60例开展研究,以不同的治疗措施作为分组依据,将60例患儿分为对照组、治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组采用阿奇霉素与热毒宁注射液联合治疗。对比治疗总有效率、炎症因子水平、症状缓解时间。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组,而症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体肺炎采用阿奇霉素、热毒宁注射液联合治疗,既可改善炎症因子水平,还可缩短症状缓解时间,临床疗效显著。

Combination of Azithromycin and Heat-toxicity in the Treatment of Children With Mycoplasmal Pneumonia

Objective To evaluate the effect of azithromycin and Resin injection in the treatment of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods 60 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were studied. Based on different treatment measures, 60 children were divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin, while the treatment group was treated with azithromycin and Reduning injection. The total effective rate, the level of inflammatory factors and the relief time of symptoms were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The level of inflammatory factors in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the time of symptom relief was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of azithromycin and Reduning injection can not only improve the level of inflammatory factors, but also shorten the relief time of symptoms. The clinical effect is remarkable.
