白内障合并青光眼的临床治疗方案探讨

目的探究人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术,超声乳化白内障摘除治疗白内障和青光眼的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年3月在医院接受治疗的90例白内障合并青光眼的患者,他们被随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组接受超声乳化白内障摘除术和人工晶状体植入术。试验组给予超声乳化白内障摘除,人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术。两组治疗后进行临床疗效和术后并发症发生率比较。结果试验组患者治疗后的视力、眼压、中央前房深度均优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者术后并发症发生率也低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障摘除术,人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床效果显着,术后并发症少,有利于患者恢复。

Investigation of Clinical Treatment of Cataract Complicated With Glaucoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in treatment of cataract complicated with glaucoma. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 90 cases of patients with cataract complicated with glaucoma and who treated in our hospital were selected, and the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group were treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, while the experimental group were treated with phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy. Then, the clinical effect and the incidence of complications after treatment of two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the visual acuity, intraocular pressure and anterior central atrial depth in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was also lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of phacoemulsification cataract aspiration, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in treatment of cataract complicated with glaucoma are significant, which the complications after the operation is less, it is help to recovery of patients.
