| 摘 要： | 目的探究支气管哮喘发作护理路径的实施效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2018年4月—2019年4月期间收治的支气管哮喘发作患者72例纳入本次研究,随机分为两组各36例,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行临床路径护理干预,对比两组患者哮喘控制率以及护理满意度。结果在哮喘控制率方面,观察组数据(97.22%)明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意度评分(92.56±5.41)分,显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在支气管哮喘发作中运用临床护理路径效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状及预后,控制哮喘发作情况,提高患者生活质量,在临床上有较高的使用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nursing pathway for bronchial asthma attack.Methods Seventy-two patients with bronchial asthma attack admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,36 in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received clinical pathway nursing intervention.The asthma control rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of asthma control rate,the data of the observation group(97.22%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group(92.56±5.41)points,was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients with bronchial asthma attack,control the situation of asthma attack and improve the quality of life of patients. |
