摘    要:目的文章探讨了在大型开放式网络课程(massive open online courses,MOOC)环境下,基于问题/病例的学习法(problem/case based learning,PBL/CBL)和传统的讲授式(lecture based learning,LBL)教学模式在培训班学员围术期超声心动图技术临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用基于网络的PBL/CBL教学模式与LBL教学模式做比较,通过书面考试、操作考试、图像解读及问卷调查评估培训班学员围术期超声心动图技术临床教学的效果。结果两组培训班学员图像解读得分及学习考试总分观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),培训班学员对PBL/CBL教学模式满意度较高。结论基于网络的PBL/CBL教学法在围术期超声心动图技术临床教学中具有较明显优势。

Abstract:Objective This paper discussed the application of problem/case based learning(PBL/CBL)and the traditional lecture based learning(LBL)in the clinical teaching of perioperative echocardiography in context of massive open online courses(MOOC).Methods The web-based PBL/CBL teaching mode was compared with the LBL teaching mode,and the clinical teaching effects of perioperative echocardiography was evaluated by written examination,operational examination,image interpretation and questionnaire survey.Results The image interpretation scores and the total test scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Trainee were more satisfied with PBL/CBL teaching mode.Conclusion The web-based PBL/CBL teaching method has obvious advantages in the clinical teaching of perioperative echocardiography.
