椎体后凸成型术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的疗效研究

摘    要:目的 评价探究椎体后凸成型术治疗椎体压缩性骨折的疗效.方法 选取医院收治的110例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者作为研究目标展开系统性调查,按照随机电脑分组依据分成分组,每组各55例,观察组接受经皮椎体后凸成型术治疗,而对照组接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效.结果 观察组的治疗效果和椎体前缘高度明显高于对照组;治疗前的疼痛程度对比无统计意义,治疗后观察组的疼痛程度下降幅度与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 治疗椎体压缩性骨折选用PKP术和PVP术均有各自的治疗效果,相对而言,PKP术在缓解疼痛、提高椎体功能方面的效果更佳.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of kyphoplasty in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as a research target.They were divided into groups according to random computer grouping,55 cases in each group.The observation group received percutaneous kyphoplasty.Treatment,while the control group received percutaneous vertebroplasty,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group and the height of the anterior border of the vertebral body were significantly higher than those of the control group;the degree of pain before treatment was not statistically significant,and the degree of pain reduction in the observation group after treatment was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PKP and PVP have different therapeutic effects in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures.Relatively speaking,PKP is better in relieving pain and improving vertebral function.
