妊娠高血压综合征患者实施综合护理的效果

目的探究妊娠高血压综合征患者临床治疗中综合护理干预措施的应用效果。探究妊娠高血压患者治疗中不同护理干预方案对护理效果的影响情况。方法共计抽取130例妊娠高血压患者作为研究对象,患者均于2017年12月-2018年12月入本院进行诊断及治疗,将其随机分为两个研究小组,对照组在常规护理配合下开展治疗,研究组在综合护理下配合开展治疗,分组对比患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分情况以及患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分以及对护理工作的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在妊娠高血压综合征患者治疗中实施不仅能够提升护理质量,还能够缓解患者不良情绪,提升患者对护理干预的认识和配合。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients With Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome.To explore the effect of different nursing intervention programs on nursing effect in treatment of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods Of extraction of 130 cases of pregnancyinduced hypertension patients as the research object,the patients were in December 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of where it were randomly divided into two groups,control group to carry out treatment,in conjunction with the conventional nursing team cooperate to carry out treatment,under the comprehensive nursing group compared to patients with anxiety,depression,and quality of life score before and after nursing and patients satisfaction of nursing work.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome can not only improve the quality of nursing,but also alleviate the patient’s bad mood,improve the patient’s understanding of nursing intervention and cooperation.
