冠心病心律失常治疗中应用美托洛尔的效果

目的讨论冠心病心律失常患者使用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法本次研究选取病例均为就诊于医院的心律失常患者,样本数为120例,遵循随机的方式进行分组,实验组60例和对照组60例,对照组的治疗方案为稳心颗粒,实验组为稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔,对两组患者的应用效果进行评价。结果实验组患者仅出现2例,治疗有效率达到96.6%,对照组患者则出现12例,治疗有效率为80.0%,实验组占有明显优势(P<0.05),组间差异存有临床统计学意义;实验组患者仅有3例患者出现并发症,对照组则有12例出现并发症,实验组并发症发生率明显较低(P<0.05),组间差异存有临床统计学意义。结论在冠心病心律失常患者的治疗中,可应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔联合治疗的方案,其具有较好的治疗效果,且能够明显降低不良反应的发生情况,且对患者心理失常状况起到了明显的改善作用。

Effect of Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Arrhythmia

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treating patients with coronary arrhythmias by the combination of tianxin granule and metoprolol.Methods 80 cases of coronary arrhythmias treated in our hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the subjects,and the treatment situation was retrospectively analyzed.The patients who were treated with metoprolol were set up as control groups.Patients treated with stable heart granules in control group were set as experimental group.The number of samples in each group was 40.The occurrence of adverse reactions and the therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.0%(38/40),which was much higher than the total effective rate of 75.0%(30/40)in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The data between the groups was statistically processed and found(P<0.05)to have statistical significance.Conclusion the treatment of patients with coronary arrhythmias with stable heart granule combined with metoprolol can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has played a significant role in improving the mental disorders of patients.
