丙卡特罗、孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘疗效的影响

目的探讨丙卡特罗口服液联合孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘的疗效、对肺功能、日间及夜间症状评分。方法选取本院支气管哮喘患者98例,随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,各49例。观察组采用丙卡特罗口服液、孟鲁司特进行治疗,对照组采用孟鲁司特进行指标,比较两组患者的1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气高峰流量(PEFR)、呼气峰流速值(PEF)、用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC),日间及夜间症状评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组FEV11、PEFR、PEF、FEV1/FVC差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组FEV1、PEFR、PEF、FEV1/FVC均增高,且观察FEV1、PEFR、PEF、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组日间和夜间症状评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组间和夜间症状评分均下降,且观察组日间和夜间症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙卡特罗口服液联合孟鲁司特对支气管哮喘疗效较好,明显提高患者的肺功能,改善患者日间和夜间的症状。

Effect of Procaterol and Montelukast on the Efficacy of Bronchial Asthma

Objective To explore the efficacy of procaterol oral solution combined with montelukast on bronchial asthma,pulmonary function,day and night symptom score.Methods 98 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,49 cases each.The observation group was treated with procaterol oral solution and montelukast,and the control group was treated with montelukast.The 1 s forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEFR),and exhaled air were compared between the two groups.Peak flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),and day and night symptom scores.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FEV1,PEFR,PEF,FEV1/FVC between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);FEV1,PEFR,PEF,FEV1/FVC were increased in the two groups after treatment,and FEV1,PEFR,PEF,FEV1 were observed.FVC was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in day and night symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores between the two groups and night time decreased,and the observation group’s day and night symptom scores were lower than those in the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Procaterol oral solution combined with montelukast has a good effect on bronchial asthma,significantly improves the lung function of patients,and improves the symptoms of patients during the day and night.
