Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal on the neurological function and complications of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into the conservative group(50 cases received conservative treatment)and minimally invasive group(50 cases received minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal)according to different treatment methods.The neurological function and complications were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the conservative group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal can reduce the degree of neurological impairment in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,and has good safety.
