分析不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果

目的探讨不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法选择我院100例2017年4月-2018年6月子宫肌瘤患者。随机分组,小剂量组采取小剂量米非司酮12.5 mg/d治疗,大剂量组则采取大剂量米非司酮25.0 mg/d治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;子宫肌瘤消失时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者生活质量评分值的水平;并发症发生率。结果大剂量组疾病疗效、子宫肌瘤消失时间、住院时间、生活质量评分值的水平相比较小剂量组更好,P<0.05。对比不同剂量下患者出现并发症的情况差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论大剂量米非司酮25mg/d治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,且不会增加不良反应的发生率,安全性较高。

Analysis of the Effect of Different Doses of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Leiomyoma

Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma.Methods 100 cases of hysteromyoma in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the low-dose group was treated with 12.5 mg/d mifepristone,and the high-dose group was treated with 25.0 mg/d mifepristone.The curative effect of the two groups was compared;the disappearance time and hospitalization time of hysteromyoma;the level of quality of life score of patients before and after treatment;the incidence of complications.Results Compared with the lowdose group,the high-dose group had better therapeutic effect,disappearance time of hysteromyoma,hospitalization time and quality of life score(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between different doses(P>0.05).Conclusion High dose of mifepristone 25 mg/d is effective in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
