PBL、CBL联合应用于医学检验教学中的效果分析

摘    要:目的提高高校医学检验课程教学质量,提升医学检验专业学生专业知识掌握能力和实践操作能力。方法对某高校2014-2016级三个年级150名学生通过使用PBL、CBL教学法和LBL教学法实施对比研究,跟踪调查150名学生的学习质量和实践能力,并将其学习成绩进行统计分析。结果经分析,相较于传统LBL教学模式下学生对知识的接受能力,使用PBL、CBL教学模式明显更能够提升学生们学习兴趣,并且取得较好的学习成绩,两者差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论高校医学检验专业使用PBL、CBL联合教学模式的方法明显更能够提升学生们的学习能力,有助于培养医学检验学生们的学习兴趣和实践能力,有助于培养更高素质的医学检验人才。

Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of medical examination courses in colleges and universities, and to improve the professional knowledge and practical ability of medical examination students. Methods A comparative study on the learning quality and practical ability of 150 students in the third grade of 2016 in a university was carried out by using PBL,CBL teaching method and LBL teaching method. The learning quality and practical ability of 150 students in the three grades were followed up and their academic achievements were analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results After analysis, compared with the traditional LBL teaching mode, students’ ability to accept knowledge, using PBL and CBL teaching mode can significantly improve students’ interest in learning and achieve better academic performance. The difference between the two is statistically significant. Conclusion The method of using PBL and CBL combined teaching mode in college medical examination is obviously more able to improve students’ learning ability, help to cultivate students’ interest and practical ability in medical examination, and help to cultivate higher quality medical examination professional.
