人文关怀对小儿保健护理及不良情绪的影响

目的探讨人文关怀对小儿保健护理及不良情绪产生的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月在医院接受治疗的小儿患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。两组均予以常规护理,观察组的患者在对照组的基础上增加人文关怀护理,1个月护理后比较两组护理效果、家属对健康宣教知识的掌握度、以及两组患儿产生不良情绪情况。结果观察组护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属对健康宣教知识的掌握度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良情绪的产生小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿保健的护理中,应用人文关怀取得了满意的效果,能够提高患儿治疗效果,小儿产生不良情绪的情况比较少,提高患儿家属满意度的同时降低了不良并发症的发生,保证了患者治疗后的生活质量。

The Influence of Humanistic Care on Pediatric Health Care and Adverse Emotions

Objective To explore the impact of human care on pediatric health care and adverse emotions.Methods 112 pediatric patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 56 cases each.The two groups were given routine nursing care,the observation group of patients on the basis of the control group to increase humanistic care nursing,after 1 month of nursing compared with the two groups of nursing effect,family members of the grasp of health education knowledge,and the two groups of children with bad mood.Results The nursing effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The family members in the observation group had a higher mastery of health education knowledge than the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse emotions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in the care of pediatric care,application of humanistic care obtained satisfactory effect,can improve the effect of treatment of children,children less adverse emotional situation,raise families of children with satisfaction at the same time reduces the adverse complications,ensure the quality of life of patients after treatment.
