慢性胃炎的中医护理效果评价

目的分析慢性胃炎的中医护理效果。方法选取在本院接受治疗的慢性胃炎患者124例,将患者随机分为两组,即对照组(62例)、观察组(62例),对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理,对两组护理后的心理状态评分和护理质量评分进行对比。结果对两组患者护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分进行对比,观察组明显低于对照组,数据差异较明显,P<0.05;护理后,对两组患者的技术水平评分、专业知识评分、护理效果评分、总体满意度评分进行对比,观察组明显高于对照组,数据差异较明显,P<0.05。结论慢性胃炎患者接受中医护理,能够降低患者负面心理的出现,提升护理质量。

Evaluation of TCM Nursing Effect of Chronic Gastritis

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic gastritis. Methods A total of 124 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group(62 cases) and the observation group(62 cases). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medical care. The psychological state score and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety score and depression score of the two groups were compared after observation. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group with significant differences in data, P < 0.05. After the nursing, the technical level score, professional knowledge score, The nursing effect score and the overall satisfaction score were compared. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the data were significantly different, P < 0.05. Conclusion Patients with chronic gastritis receiving TCM care can reduce the occurrence of negative psychology and improve the quality of care.
