Impact of Early Nursing Intervention on Self-Efficacy,Psychological Status and Complications of Arteriovenous Fistula of Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore the impact of early nursing intervention on self-efficacy,psychological status and complications of arteriovenous fistula of hemodialysis patients.Methods 128 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The self-efficacy(GSES score),psychological status(SAS score,SDS score)and complications of arteriovenous fistula were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,both groups had significantly increased GSES score,and significantly decreased SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05);The GSES score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy and psychological status of patients with hemodialysis,and reduce the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula.
