自体回收式输血与异体输血对剖宫产术中大出血产妇血流动力学、肝肾指标的影响

目的探讨自体回收式输血与异体输血对剖宫产术中大出血产妇血流动力学和肝肾指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的剖宫产术中大出血产妇101例,根据输血方式的不同分为两组。A组48例采用自体回收式输血,B组53例采用异体输血,比较两组的血流动力学及肝肾指标。结果输血后,A组的血流动力学指标SBP、DBP、HR及SpO2水平均显著高于B组,肝肾指标ALT、ALP、BUN及Cr水平均显著低于B组(P<0.05)。结论与异体输血相比,自体回收式输血能更好地维持剖宫产术中大出血产妇的血流动力学稳定且不损害其肝肾功能。

Impact of Autologous Blood Transfusion and Allogeneic Blood Transfusion on the Hemodynamics and Indicators of Liver and Kidney in Pregnant Women with Massive Hemorrhage During Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the impact of autologous blood transfusion and allogeneic blood transfusion on the hemodynamics and indicators of liver and kidney in pregnant women with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods 101 cases of pregnant women with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different blood transfusion methods.48 patients in group A received autologous blood transfusion,and53 patients in group B received allogeneic blood transfusion.The hemodynamics and indicators of liver and kidney were compared between the two groups.Results After blood transfusion,the levels of hemodynamic indicators including SBP,DBP,HR and SpO2 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,and the levels of liver and kidney indicators including ALT,ALP,BUN and Cr were significantly lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with allogeneic blood transfusion,autologous blood transfusion can better maintain the hemodynamic stability of pregnant women with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section without damaging their liver and kidney function.
