Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of budesonide combined with hydrocortisone on lung function and inflammatory markers of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.39 cases in the control group were treated with budesonide,and 41 cases in the observation group were treated with budesonide combined with hydrocortisone.The lung function and inflammatory markers were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and serum TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Budesonide combined with hydrocortisone in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchopneumonia can reduce the levels of inflammatory markers,and improve lung function.
