剖宫产护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓的预防分析

目的探讨剖宫产产妇接受围产期护理干预在预防下肢深静脉血栓形成方面的影响。方法选择在2018年8月-2019年4月期间于本院接受剖宫产的78例产妇作为观察对象,参考随机数字表进行分组,即观察组(39例)与对照组(39例);对照组产妇接受常规护理,观察组产妇接受围产期护理干预,比对两组产妇的下肢深静脉血栓发生率以及临床护理满意度。结果观察组产妇的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为2.56%,对照组产妇的下肢深静脉血栓发生率为17.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的临床护理满意度为97.44%,对照组产妇的临床护理满意度为79.49%,数据组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产妇接受围产期护理干预,可以降低下肢深静脉血栓的形成风险,为其提供更好的安全保障,同时还能促进护患关系建设。

Caesarean Section Nursing Intervention to Prevent Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Objective To investigate the effect of perinatal nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in cesarean section. Methods From August 2018 to April 2019, a total of 78 maternal women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital were enrolled. Refer to the random number table for grouping, that is, the observation group(39 cases) and the control group(39 cases);The control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received maternal perinatal nursing intervention, comparing the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and clinical nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower limbs was 2.56% in the observation group, and that in the control group was 17.95%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical nursing satisfaction was 97.44%, and the clinical nursing satisfaction of the control group was 79.49%. The statistical significance of the data group was established(P<0.05). Conclusion Perinatal nursing intervention for cesarean section can reduce the risk of formation of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, provide better safety and safety, and promote the construction of nurse-patient relationship.
